Bombardier Transportation Sweden AB used to contract consultants from several different suppliers. This was found to be inefficient, with the added difficulty of trying to retain product knowledge. Therefore, Bombardier decided to seek one partner for a long-term business relationship.

Semcon Informatic proved to best meet Bombardier’s requirements and was appointed strategic partner for supplying technical documentation services for Bombardier Transportation Sweden AB. Semcon Informatic’s responsibility includes developing technical descriptions for installation, maintenance and repair that are delivered with the trains.
